How can I email a movie from a digital camera or a large powerpoint?

I take short movie clips from my digital camera and want to email them. How do I do this. My email keeps kicking them back saying there is an error.
Also, I want to send large powerpoints and get the same result. How can I email a movie from a digital camera or a large powerpoint?

The attach file can’t be more than 10MB. So compress the file will various file compresser like WinZIP or 7-zip. 7-zip is freeware!

Usually you can’t sent more than 10Meg via email. One way would be to use a file splitter and send several emails. Often people use WinRAR to compress the video and split it up into several files.
Although no actual compression is done, the file is split up into several smaller files which can be easily sent. You can use the trial version of winrar at
